US: We offer free shipping on all of our bikes everywhere within the US lower 48 states.（Excludes: Alaska/Hawaii, US Protectorates, APO/FPO, PO Box）

Shipping Time

In-stock orders typically ship the next business day, unless otherwise noted on the product page. For in-stock orders, we'll provide tracking number within 5 business days.A shipping confirmation email will be sent to your email once the order has shipped.The carrier is FedEx. It may take 3-10 days for your shipment to be scanned by FedEx. For any third-party shipping, we cannot provide any additional shipping information or documentation. Any delivery dates provided by Roll Road are estimates.
Transportation time is determined by fedex, etc., and will be affected by weather, remoteness, strikes, floods, hurricanes and other natural disasters and many other objective factors, thus can not be controlled by Roll Road. If there is an urgent need, please take into account the impact of the objective factors and place an order according to one's schedule.

Shipping Changes & Order Cancellation

Before shipping

Order Cancellation: If you cancel orders that haven't entered the shipping process yet, 8% of the ebike cost will be charged as a processing fee. Change of
Address: No charge fee.
Replacements and exchanges: If the customer does not place a new order or the total amount is significantly lower than the original order, a 10% processing fee of the original order will be deducted from the total refund amount.

After shipping

Order Cancellation: If your order is shipped and cannot be modified, you may reject the package and 10% of the ebike cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
The customer is also responsible for the return shipping cost of $150 ($200 in Canada). Roll Road will provide a return shipping label, and the designated carrier will collect the return package. Or the customer may also choose self-return or arrange the return shipment by himself.
Change of Address: If you successfully change your address, $20 will be charged as a processing fee. If you fail to change your address, you may refuse the package and 10% of the ebike cost will be charged as a reshipping fee. And the customer is also responsible for the return shipping cost of $150 ($200 in Canada).

Replacements and exchanges:
A)If you successfully exchange the item, $20 will be charged as a processing fee.
B) If you fail to change, you may reject the package and 10% of the ebike cost will be charged as a reshipping fee.
C) If you fail to reject the item and still want to cancel the order, 10% of the ebike cost will be charged as the processing fees and the costomer is also responsible for the return shipping cost of $150($200in Canada).
