First off, the great customer service really helps weight this as a 5 star rating. Super quick responses even on days or hours I didn’t think would be available.
After doing a lot of searching reviews I found the Emma 3.0 ticked all the boxes I had, which didn’t look promising before finding Emma 3.0 reviews.
I had pretty particular wants. Being a motorcyclist I wanted a half twist throttle and a moped/motorcycle style seat. I also wanted it to be legitimately pedalable for exercise. Not the norm for moped style bikes. So many reviews of the other types conceded that moped style e-bikes were not practical peddlers. I was relieved to find the Emma 3.0 is easily peddled.
I was also looking for a torque sensor and this may be the only moped style that is. Also the 2025 version had improvements over the 2024 Emma 3.0. Overall very happy. I do have some paint peeling off the headlight bracket, but I expect it’s likely a one off. I’ll contact customer service and from the past conversations, I’m willing to bet they’ll be good to deal with on this too.
So far we are loving our Emma 3.0, the two seater is great for my daughter and I to ride together. No complains so far! We added some arm rest to the trunk and it's perfect!
A huge upgrade from my Lectric 2.0 ebike especially with the dual suspension and stronger motor. Makes for a much more fun and smooth ride. Plus with the dual batteries I have much more freedom and less anxiety about a dying battery when I'm out on a longer ride. Highly recommend!
My husband and I love our Emma 3.0 e-bikes. We are in our 50s, and these bikes have given us a fun way to get out in the evenings. We ride the local trails and explore nearby neighborhoods. Our grandkids live nearby and we keep kids helmets in the trunk so we’re always prepared to have them hop on for a trip downtown to the the ice cream shop. These bikes are very high quality with long battery life. They are worth the investment!
I really like to ride but never found a suitable ebike due to my overweight. but this ebike is really comfortable, I like his fat tires, and the two batteries, it's perfect for both daily commuting and going out for fun. Even climbing hills this bike has no problem! I really like this bike a lot and hope to get more fun rides out of it.
