All products shipped by Roll-road are inspected by both the manufacturer and Roll-road mechanics. However, it is the rider’s responsibility to thoroughly check and tighten all bolts and screws before assembly and prior to the first ride. Failure to do so—including improper alignment or neglecting to verify bolt torque—may result in injury, for which Roll-road accepts no liability.

It is the customer’s responsibility to read and fully understand all product documentation provided on the Roll-road website at the time of purchase, including battery care instructions, maintenance guidelines, and warranty terms.

Actual range and speed may vary depending on rider weight, terrain, gradient, wind conditions, battery age, state of charge, riding speed, and other operational factors.

Roll-road products are intended strictly for recreational use. Regulations governing the use of electric bikes differ across Australian states and territories. Riders are responsible for riding safely, wearing a helmet and appropriate protective gear, and complying with all applicable local laws and usage requirements. Any information or guidance provided by Roll-road is general in nature and may not apply uniformly to all users or situations.

Please note: While every bicycle is carefully assembled and inspected before dispatch, minor adjustments are often necessary after delivery. It is common for components such as derailleurs to shift slightly, brake rotors to rub lightly, or fenders to become misaligned during transit. These issues result from normal movement during shipping and are considered standard post-assembly tuning—not manufacturing defects—and therefore are not covered under Roll-road’s warranty.

For the best riding experience and optimal safety, we strongly recommend having your bicycle assembled or inspected by a qualified professional mechanic.
