Eligibility

Participation is voluntary and subject to Roll-Road's approval. Ambassadors must be at least 18 years old, own a Roll-Road eBike in safe operating condition, and be familiar with its operation. Modified bikes must be disclosed in advance.

Scheduling & Locations

All test rides must be registered with Roll-Road Customer Service in advance. Each appointment requires the ambassador's individual approval, and necessary contact information is only exchanged with both parties' consent after coordination. Ambassadors may choose times and locations, decline appointments, pause participation, or leave at any time. Home addresses will not be publicly listed; public locations suitable for the bike and agreed upon by both parties are preferred.

Test Rider Requirements

• At least 18 years old during the pilot program
• Basic riding ability; meets the bike's height and payload requirements
• Valid photo ID and a properly fitted helmet
• Start at low speed and follow the agreed route
• No passengers, no unlocked speeds, no off-road riding, no dangerous maneuvers

Refusing or Ending a Ride

Ambassadors may refuse or terminate a test ride if identification, safety requirements, riding ability, weather, the location, or the bike's condition presents a concern.

Rewards

For each eligible completed test ride, ambassadors may choose $50 cash or $80 accessory credit, regardless of whether the rider purchases a bike. After the rider's purchase is confirmed and the bike is successfully delivered, ambassadors may choose an additional $50 cash or $80 accessory credit. Rewards are verified by Roll-Road and issued within 3 business days of verification. Accessory credit is valid for 180 days, applies to accessories only, has no minimum purchase requirement, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Privacy & Conduct

Ambassadors must not share another party's contact information, photos, or videos publicly without permission. Roll-Road may suspend participation for safety violations, vehicle issues, or fraudulent reward claims. Program changes will be communicated in advance and will not retroactively reduce rewards for already-confirmed appointments.
