I received my Emma 3.0 after Xmas, there was some issues with shipping carrier (FedEx) mess up my bike sending all over the country…, finally I got it about over three weeks after I ordered. Then there were couple other issues with my Emma but it was handled well by Roll Road.
Putting it together was a breeze even for someone like me…
I’m enjoying riding my Emma, I made a bike carrier so I can hook up to my Motorhome going camping and riding my Emma around campgrounds.
So far Emma 3.0 exactly what I need it, thanks Roll Road.

Let me start off by saying I'm not one to leave reviews, ever so this is a special occasion. I love my Emma 3.0. I've had it for a couple of months now and it's a great bike. I'm 6ft 330lbs and it handles my weight with no problem. Now the reason I say amazing customer service is because I just had some parts stolen off my bike while at work. It's 12:45am here snd I was able to chat with someone to get all the replacement parts I need. I don't know their name otherwise I'd give them a shout out. Thank you Roll Road you guys rock.

I recently got the Roll Road Emma 3.0 and decided to have it sent directly to a bike shop for assembly. Best decision ever! The shop took care of everything, so when I picked it up, it was perfectly tuned and ready to ride.The first ride home was amazing. The bike is smooth, sturdy, and handles beautifully.
The Multifunctional Rear Trunk is PERFECT...I have a small lunch box size cooler which I keep inside for ice and beverages or snacks along with storage for my helmet, lock and a raincoat for Emma in case it rains! I live in a golf cart community with hundred of miles of cart paths which are outside the golf courses so instead of a golf cart, I use Emma and can go on long trips so the Trunk is perfect and one of the reasons I ordered the little girl!?

I bought the single front battery version of the Roll Road Emma 3.0 and loved it so much that I quickly added a second battery. The ride is smooth, powerful, and perfect for getting around Coburg????.
The second battery has been a game-changer for longer rides. Whether Im commuting or just enjoying the outdoors, this bike has exceeded all expectations.
Highly recommend it if youre in the market for a reliable, fun e-bike!
