Failure to do so—including improper alignment or neglecting to verify bolt torque—may result in injury, for which Roll-road accepts no liability.

It is the customer’s responsibility to read and fully understand all product documentation provided on the Roll-road website at the time of purchase, including battery care instructions, maintenance guidelines, and warranty terms.

Actual range and speed may vary depending on rider weight, terrain, gradient, wind conditions, battery age, state of charge, riding speed, and other operational factors.

These issues result from normal movement during shipping and are considered standard post-assembly tuning—not manufacturing defects—and therefore are not covered under Roll-road’s warranty.
