Is the battery detachable?
Introducing Roll Road 48-Volt 20Ah lithium-ion e-bike battery pack. Banish range anxiety and know your battery range before you ride with the built-in LED Battery Charge meter. It can be removed easily without disconnecting any wires to charge indoors or to switch to a fully charged battery for extended riding. A tip of charging: plug the charger into the battery first, then plug into the socket. Correct step of charging and proper maintenance will prolong the battery service life and offer you the best riding experience.

Features a massive 1,000W BAFANG Sutto brushless gear hub motor and 20*4 fat tires to fuel off-road speeds up to 30+mph. Equipped with our 48V 20Ah battery, the bike is capable of an impressive 70 miles riding range with pedal assist.
Notice: On paved road with no gradient, 70℉， an adult that weighs 150lbs can reach 30+ mph(28mph factory default) after being unlocked on pure electric mode; Under same circumstance，30-35miles range reached by pure throttle, and 60-70miles with PAS level 1. Mileage is affected by many factors like rider weight, road conditions, hills, wind, tempreture, cruise control, speed, starts and stops, battery percentage etc. The faster the riding speed, the faster the power consumption and the shorter the mileage.
Is a babyseat can be installed on the bike?
Yes, you can mount a babyseat on the front or back of the Emma! Ride with your kid or your furry friend, but remember that the weigh capacity on the Emma is still 450 lbs.
What heights can the Emma fit?
Regular Emma is comfortable for riders 5'4''-6'8''; Lower seat Emma is for 5'3''-6'6''.
What accessories come with Emma?
Emma comes with full fenders, an integrated tailight and headlight plus a pair of water flowing turn signals. Apart from all that, is also equipped with a rear rack that can hold up to 55lbs payload.
Will my Emma arrive assembled？
The Emma will arrive mostly assembled(95%). With the tools provided and a comprehensive assembly video, you can build your EMMA within 20 mins even if you are a novice. View our Video Tutorial here.
